JUSTICE NAWAB SINGH<br \/>\nPresent:     Mrs. Sarla Chaudhary, Advocate,<br \/>\n             for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, DAG, Punjab.\n<\/p>\n<p>NAWAB SINGH.J (ORAL)<br \/>\n             Reply filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Petitioner is undergoing rigorous imprisonment for a<br \/>\nperiod of ten years in case bearing First Information Report No. 15<br \/>\ndated March 3rd, 1997 under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code,<br \/>\nPolice Station &#8211; Budhlada, District Mansa. He is confined in Central<br \/>\nJail, Bathinda.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.           The petitioner filed application to release him temporarily<br \/>\non parole for the treatment of his mother&#8217;s eye.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.           Learned State counsel has urged that the petitioner has<br \/>\navailed four weeks&#8217; parole with effect from January 22nd, 2011 to<br \/>\nFebruary 20th, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.           In view of above, no ground is made out to release the<br \/>\npetitioner on parole.
