DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 07\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplicant convict has preferred this application for extension of<br \/>\n\tthe period of parole for a period of sixty days on the ground that<br \/>\n\this wife needs bone grafting and repair of compression and disc<br \/>\n\treplacement.\n<\/p>\n<p>By<br \/>\n\tan order dated 19.05.2011 passed in Special Criminal Application<br \/>\n\tNo.1270\/2011, the applicant convict was granted a parole leave of 45<br \/>\n\tdays and the said parole leave expires on 08.07.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe averments made and the medical emergency mentioned therein, I am<br \/>\n\tinclined to extend the period of parole for a period of one week<br \/>\n\tfrom the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond of<br \/>\n\tRs.2,000\/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), on the usual terms and<br \/>\n\tconditions, to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on<br \/>\n\tcompletion of the parole period, the applicant shall surrender in<br \/>\n\ttime before the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthe aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands<br \/>\n\tdisposed of.
