It appears that<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant has also retracted from his initial version.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Hathauri P.S.
