HEMA, J.\n                    ---------------------------\n                    B.A. No. 2849 of 2010\n                ------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 24th day of May, 2010\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is for anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The alleged offences are under Sections 143, 147,<\/p>\n<p>148, 341, 323, 324, 427 and 308 read with Section 149 of the<\/p>\n<p>Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution, petitioner along<\/p>\n<p>with other accused formed themselves into an unlawful<\/p>\n<p>assembly wrongfully restrained by de facto complainant, while<\/p>\n<p>he was proceeding in a motor bike and voluntarily caused hurt<\/p>\n<p>and committed the above offences.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this case<\/p>\n<p>is falsely foisted due to political rivalry, no such incident<\/p>\n<p>happened.     Respondents      with party appeared before the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate Court that the matter is settled.<\/p>\n<p>     4.   This petition is opposed. Learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the investigation is over and the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>not available for arrest during investigation. Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>involved in other crimes also.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 2849 of 2010            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       5. On hearing both sides, I find that this is not a fit case<\/p>\n<p>to grant anticipatory bail. If the matter is settled as stated,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner may surrender before the            Magistrate Court<\/p>\n<p>concerned and apply for regular bail, if so advised.<\/p>\n<p>       This petition is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        K.
