The appellants who  wife   deceesed\nPrakash Rathod filed   ifefgxe  W4.C.Comisioner\nseeking compensa\ufb01on   that the\n\ndeceased was worls\u00e9ing uhder   1 as a driver of tanker\n\nbearm' gi died on 18--6~20OS damn\" g\nthe eoniize 'of  while driving the said vehicle from\n\nHyderabad   Pane Sollapur NH No.9, which met\n\n - \/. aecigient uxi\u00e9'itb_....-@2_:1other vehicxe bearing No.KA 03 C. 5959. A\n\ncase -ix;  169\/2%'! came to be reg'stere\u00e9 in this mgarri.\n\nAecc.&gt;i1V1inig'VA\u00e91;;\u00a7peHants, the deceased was getting salary of\n\n'VVRs.4_,aiZ{}O'fV--  month and R3100\/\u00bb batta per day and that he was\n\nx V' \"\u00e9\ufb02i)0\u00a3lt 30 years as on the date of his accidexatal death.\n\n5. The employment of deceased with\n\n  I\\i\u00a2:3;._1 is not c\ufb01sputed. It is also not in dispute that\n\n:':-Egeonly legal heirs of the deceased.
