Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel appearing for the MADA.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s father late Ram Prasad Singh died in harness on 25.10.2008, while he<\/p>\n<p>was on the post of Sanitary Inspector at Baghmara Health Centre, Mineral Area<\/p>\n<p>Development Authority but the death-cum- retiral dues have still not been paid to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, who is son of the deceased employee, though several representations had<\/p>\n<p>been filed before the authority         but nothing had been done in this respect and<\/p>\n<p>therefore, there was no option left with the petitioner but to move to this Court.<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner does have<\/p>\n<p>four more brothers, who have given no objection certificate in favour of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and at the time of payment, if the authority intends to have the affidavit in this<\/p>\n<p>respect, the said affidavit would be filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Since the claims are still to be decided, this writ application is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation raising all<\/p>\n<p>the claims which have been claimed in this writ application within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>weeks from today along with a copy of this order before the Managing Director,<\/p>\n<p>Mineral Area Development Authority, respondent no.2.
