Petitioner is convicted in 20,08.<\/p>\n<p>offence punishable under Section  of tiaeeblegotiable <\/p>\n<p>Instruments Act. As against th&#8217;is_Tjudgmen.t,&#8217;fail appeal has<\/p>\n<p>been filed. In the said aTppeal,_\u00ab&#8221;t.\\l\\toVl interlocutoryvapplications<\/p>\n<p>are \ufb01led. One for condon&#8217;ation&#8221;lboi&#8221;  another for<\/p>\n<p>interim order.\n<\/p>\n<p> considering that there<br \/>\nis delay in deferred consideration of<br \/>\ninterlocutory  interim order on the ground<br \/>\nthat, notice   issued on the interlocutory application<\/p>\n<p>for Vi&#8217;con&#8217;d&#8217;ona&#8217;ti,on of delay. Said order is passed on<\/p>\n<p>it 4:. there is delay, appeal could not have been<\/p>\n<p> 2..fente1*t.ainled without condoning the delay. It is in these<br \/>\n ciijcurnstances, the learned Sessions Judge has deferred<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;consideration of application for interim order.
