agreement dated 19.3.2003 entered into  <\/p>\n

the licence period expires on  <\/p>\n
in dispute that an ageemeni _yvase1_1i:ered    \u00a5’<\/p>\n
the KAIC and the KSRTC and
\nwhich is produced befeie.  as iex.i\u00e9-.33, the
\nparties had    amendments

 in the face of the admitted facts.<\/p>\n

respondent’-KSRTC. to aeeommodate the plainti\ufb01’ in one<\/p>\n
 ‘-of  aracaxjnt  the existing premises at least<\/p>\n
   the licence period and thereafter, the<\/p>\n
  appropriate steps to- get the appellant<\/p>\n
  “evicted  the suit premises or in the alternative, it is<\/p>\n
    to the KSRTC to enter into an agreement with<\/p>\n
  j  appellant as well in case the respondent-KSRTC<\/p>\n
 ‘  desires to pro-vide the appellant accommodation to run<\/p>\n
his juice center. Therefore, the lower appellate court<\/p>\n
