Islampur, District Dinajpur<br \/>\n                                                                               &#8230;&#8230;Opposite Parties<\/p>\n<p>02\/-     13.09.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petition and<\/p>\n<p>                         Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioner is named accused in this complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                         being husband of the complainant, who was married with<\/p>\n<p>                         the petitioner fifteen years ago carries allegation of demand<\/p>\n<p>                         of dowry, torture etc. and he also has second wife.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                         case, in the event of providing a sum of Rs. 600\/- per month<\/p>\n<p>                         by way of ad interim maintenance to the complainant till<\/p>\n<p>                         dispute is resolved, and in the event of his arrest\/surrender<\/p>\n<p>                         before the court below within four weeks of receipt of the<\/p>\n<p>                         copy of this order, petitioner, namely, Matibul Rahman, is<\/p>\n<p>                         directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                         10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                         amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with C- 1042 of 2007,<\/p>\n<p>          subject to condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>          Criminal Procedure Code with additional condition to<\/p>\n<p>          remain physically present before the court below on each<\/p>\n<p>          and every date at least for one year or subject to final order,<\/p>\n<p>          whichever is earlier, in case of failure on three consecutive<\/p>\n<p>          dates and on one single default of payment, the liberty shall<\/p>\n<p>          be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Praveen                                       (Akhilesh Chandra,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Matibul Rahman vs State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Anr on 13 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
