Out of the said<br \/>\namount, the Tribunal is directed to invest 60% of the amount in a<br \/>\nNationalized Bank by way of an FDR initially for a period of three<br \/>\nyears and the same shall be renewed from time to time till final<br \/>\ndisposal of the main appeal. The said FDR be retained by the Nazir of<br \/>\nthe Tribunal.
