Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :16\/09\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                         K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n            ------------------------------------------------------\n                      B.A. NO. 5160 OF 2009\n            ------------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 16th day of September, 2009\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of<\/p>\n<p>the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner is accused No.4 in<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.1573 of 2009 of Perumbavoor Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The offence alleged against the accused persons is under<\/p>\n<p>Section 377 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>      3.  The victim is a school boy.           He was subjected to the<\/p>\n<p>offence on several occasions. I have gone through the case diary.<\/p>\n<p>      4.
