Shastri\n                     Nagar, District-Patna.\n                                                       ---Petitioner\n                                             Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR.\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4.   26.3.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The offence alleged against the petitioner is under section<br \/>\n                 420 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on account<br \/>\n                 of certain differences in the development of the land of the<br \/>\n                 complainant, the present complaint case been filed. As a matter of<br \/>\n                 fact, complaint had been filed before the expiry of the period of<br \/>\n                 agreement when the petitioner is required to pay the last instalment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner<br \/>\n                 failed to carry out the agreement.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let<br \/>\n                 the petitioner Md. Khalid Rashid, in the event of his arrest or<br \/>\n                 surrender in connection with Complaint Case No.1827 C of 2006<br \/>\n                 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his<br \/>\n                 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties<br \/>\n                 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<br \/>\n                 Magistrate, Patna in connection with the aforesaid case, on the<br \/>\n                 conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code<br \/>\n                 of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<pre>       PNM                                       (Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
