Heard Mr.Purushottam Kumar Jha, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for the petitioner, Mr.Ashok Kumar Keshari, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   T.M.Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur as well as learned A.C. to<\/p>\n<p>                   S.C.-X.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Mr.Ashok Kumar Keshari, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   T.M.Bhagalpur, University, Bhagalpur, while referring to annexure-<\/p>\n<p>                   D to 3rd counter affidavit, submits that by order contained in Memo<\/p>\n<p>                   No.B\/24665-68 dated 14.2.2009 all the grievances of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   have been redresses and nothing is pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Mr.Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes<\/p>\n<p>                   the calculation. The court is of the opinion that for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>                   resolving such dispute, the petitioner can well be advised to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        approach the competent authority by filing a representation. If such<\/p>\n<p>        representation is filed, it is expected that the same will be considered<\/p>\n<p>        in accordance with law without any delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The writ petition, thus, stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
