It is submitted by him that pursuant to Agreement<br \/>\ndated 8-9-2010, the petitioner has been posted as Lab Technician in<br \/>\nB.J.Medical College, Ahmedabad,in the  Microbiology Department.<br \/>\nHowever,by order dated 23-9-2010,the petitioner has now been directed<br \/>\nto assume  duty at Kesar Sal Hospital, which is in breach of the<br \/>\nAgreement entered into by the respondents with her. It is further<br \/>\nsubmitted that the petitioner has not yet assumed duty at Kesar Sal<br \/>\nHospital.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nreturnable on 9-12-2010.
