On perusal of the same, it is noticed that the present<br \/>\napplicants are convicted for offence under Sections 376, 366, 368 and<br \/>\n506(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.  Both the<br \/>\napplicants were on bail during trial.  They are convicted on<br \/>\n13.05.2010.  By now, they have undergone 1 years, 1 month and 12<br \/>\ndays.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.J.K.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of<br \/>\nRule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tTaking into<br \/>\nconsideration the fact that the engagement of the real sister of the<br \/>\napplicants is scheduled on 27.03.2011, the application is allowed.<br \/>\nThe applicants-convicts are ordered to be released on temporary bail<br \/>\nfor a period of 4 (four) days from the date of their release in<br \/>\nCriminal Appeal No.1415 of 2010 pending before this Court, on their<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only),<br \/>\neach to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicants shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\ntemporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\t\tRule is made<br \/>\nabsolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRegistry is directed<br \/>\nto communicate this order by fax to the jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(Ravi<br \/>\nR.Tripathi, J.)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(P.P.Bhatt,<br \/>\nJ.)<\/p>\n<p>*Shitole\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Illubhai vs The on 25 March, 2011 Author: Ravi R.Tripathi,&amp;Nbsp;Mr.Justice P.P.Bhatt,&amp;Nbsp;
