APP (DB) No.671 of 2008\n                   Gopal Singh son of Late Indradeo Singh\n                   Resident of village Daud Nagar (Madenipur),\n                   P.S.Bidapur Bazar,District Vaishali\n                                    Versus\n                              The State Of Bihar\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                                I.A.No.910 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>08\/   04.07.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                      and learned counsel for the State on Interlocutory<\/p>\n<p>                      Application      No.   910    of    2011   whereby     appellant<\/p>\n<p>                      Gopal Singh has prayed for bail on the ground of<\/p>\n<p>                      his detention since 23.4.2004.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission     is    that       there    was    sudden<\/p>\n<p>                      fight with regard to some land dispute and there<\/p>\n<p>                      was no intention to cause death.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the period of detention and<\/p>\n<p>                      in the facts and circumstance of the case, during<\/p>\n<p>                      the   pendency    of     this   appeal,      the   above       named<\/p>\n<p>                      appellant shall be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                      bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                      sureties    of     the       like   amount      each      to    the<\/p>\n<p>                      satisfaction      of     Sessions      Judge,      Vaishali      at<\/p>\n<p>                      Hajipur in Sessions Trial No. 465 of 2006.<\/p>\n<p>                                 I.A.No. 910 of 2011 thus stands allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                             ( Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)<\/p>\n<p>           Tahir\/-                           ( Rajendra Kumar Mishra,J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Gopal Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 4 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
