Yadav  with Ms. Amee Yagnik  for<br \/>\nthe Official Liquidator.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\npresent Official Liquidator  Report  is filed  seeking permission to<br \/>\ndisburse  the amount to 13  workmen  at the rate of 20.01% of their<br \/>\nadmitted claim, which is Rs. 18,82,858\/-   as per the re-verification<br \/>\n of the report submitted by the Chartered  Accountant.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.  Vasavada  for  respondent No.6 submitted that  the<br \/>\nTextile  labour  Association representing  those  13 workmen<br \/>\nsubmitted  that the amount is to be disbursed at par with the amount<br \/>\npaid to the other workmen  and, therefore,   even if the workmen<br \/>\nwant to object and claim more amount, there is no way out for them.<br \/>\nHe  has no objection if this amount is ordered to be disbursed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator is permitted to disburse  20.01%  of admitted<br \/>\nclaim of  Rs.18,82,858\/-   as per the re-verification report<br \/>\nsubmitted by the Chartered  Accountant  to  13 workmen  by Account<br \/>\nPayee  Cheque.
