No.8697\/2009-F\n                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                    Dated this the 7th day of April, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension passed<\/p>\n<p>against him as per Ext.P3. He is working as a Police Constable. According<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner, the higher authorities were mislead by the paper reports<\/p>\n<p>which, according to the petitioner, did not project the correct fact. It is<\/p>\n<p>pointed out that the petitioner is a law abiding Police Constable and has<\/p>\n<p>been performing his duties without having any complaints from any<\/p>\n<p>quarters.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     A statement has been filed on behalf of the third respondent<\/p>\n<p>supporting the order of suspension.        The Circle Inspector of Police,<\/p>\n<p>Palluruthy, has been entrusted with the oral enquiry against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>It is submitted that after taking a prima facie view of the matter, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been placed under suspension.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension, it is<\/p>\n<p>upto him to file appropriate representation, seeking revocation of the order,<\/p>\n<p>before the competent authority.      If the petitioner submits an appropriate<\/p>\n<p>representation within three weeks from today, the same will be considered<\/p>\n<p>and orders will be passed in accordance with law. Further, the oral enquiry<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.8697\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>already initiated against him will be expedited and final orders will be<\/p>\n<p>passed within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
