No.2093 of 2010\n                          = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                                   Dated:14.06.2010\n\n                                       ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner who is the 2nd accused in Crime No.577\/2009 of<br \/>\nHaripad Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<br \/>\n143, 147, 149, 447, 323, 324, 326 and 308 IPC and whose case is<br \/>\nnow pending before the J.F.C.M-I, Haripad as C.P. No.111\/2010<br \/>\nseeks a direction to the said Magistrate to release the petitioner on<br \/>\nbail on the date of his surrender itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are<br \/>\npending against the petitioner. The circumstances under which<br \/>\nthose non-bailable warrants of arrest came to be issued against<br \/>\nthe petitioner are not discernible to this Court. It is only proper<br \/>\nthat the petitioner surrenders before the              J.F.C.M. and seeks<br \/>\nregular bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of permitting the<br \/>\npetitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate and file an<br \/>\napplication for regular bail within a period of two weeks from<br \/>\ntoday. In case, the petitioner complies with the above condition,<br \/>\nhis bail application shall be considered and disposed of on merits<br \/>\npreferably on the same date on which it is filed notwithstanding<br \/>\nthe pendency of any non-bailable warrants against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>Dated this the 14th day of June, 2010<br \/>\n                                                    V.
