Advocate\n\nHon'ble Ravindra Singh,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Raja Singh, Sri Ajay Vikram<br \/>\nYadav, learned counsel for the complainant and learned AGA for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned AGA files an affidavit of Sri Maneshan Babu, the I.O. of this case. It<br \/>\nis a case in which Pramod and Ravish have kidnapped the girl namely Manju<br \/>\naged about 15 years. This Court has passed several orders to recover the<br \/>\nalleged kidnapped girl for which S.P. Firozabad and I.O. have been<br \/>\nsummoned. This Court has passed orders repeatedly on taking the assurance<br \/>\nfrom the side of S.P. and I.O of this case that they shall recover the alleged<br \/>\nkidnapped girl but it is unfortunate that they have not recovered the alleged<br \/>\nkidnapped girl. Even after giving the oral evidence to this Court and he had<br \/>\nassured that the kidnapped girl shall be recovered, the applicant Ravish and<br \/>\nco-accused are in jail since 26.6.2008. This Court has no option except to<br \/>\nrelease the applicant on short term bail for a period of six months.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, the I.O. of this case and S.P. Firozabad shall make their<br \/>\npositive efforts to recover the alleged kidnapped girl. His progress report shall<br \/>\nbe submitted to this Court on or before 8th March, 2010 in case the efforts are<br \/>\nnot made positively the proper action shall be taken against the S.P. Firozabad<br \/>\nand I.O. of this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>List on 8th March, 2010 at that date S.P. Firozabad and I.O. of this case shall<br \/>\nappear in person.\n<\/p>\n<p>Let the applicant Ravish involved in case crime no. 120 of 2008, under<br \/>\nSection 363, 366 and 368 I.P.C. P.S.
