No.10764 of 2011\n                                       JAGAT RAI\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.04.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 complaint case in which cognizance has been taken<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The accusation is that the petitioner made an<\/p>\n<p>                 agreement to purchase the land with some construction<\/p>\n<p>                 from the complainant for a consideration of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 9,25,000\/- out of which Rs. 1,75,000\/- were paid, but<\/p>\n<p>                 subsequently, title suit has been filed after making<\/p>\n<p>                 interpolation in the agreement to the effect that Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 5,00,000\/- was paid to the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted that the title suit was filed in<\/p>\n<p>                 the year 2009 and after issuance of notice, the present<\/p>\n<p>                 complaint has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>             Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>             on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>             with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,<\/p>\n<p>             Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.<\/p>\n<p>             445C\/2010, subject to the conditions as laid down<\/p>\n<p>             under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Jagat Rai vs The State Of Bihar on 25 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
