No.3334 of 2011\n                            RAM AWATAR SINGH KUSHWAHA\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n02\/    08.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>              Both the above stated petitions have arisen out of Chand<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S. Case no. 94\/2010 registered under section 302\/34 of the IPC, 27<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Arms Act and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are<\/p>\n<p>                    being disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Although petitioners are named in the first information<\/p>\n<p>                    report but only a suspicion has been raised against them. Admittedly,<\/p>\n<p>                    none of the person has seen the actual killing of the deceased and as<\/p>\n<p>                    per FIR itself, there was some dispute between the deceased and one<\/p>\n<p>                    co-accused Paramhans Singh Kushwaha.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    submissions of the parties, petitioners (Harbansh Singh Kushwaha and<\/p>\n<p>                    Ram Awatar Singh Kushwaha) are directed to be released on bail in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Chand P.S.
