State to the Regional Director, NOTE, Bangalore on<\/p>\n

  'etmeV.1i1u1}iee.tions addressed to the petiticners 1 and 2 as per<\/p>\n
  and K1 dated 21.11.2007 by the Principal and<\/p>\n
" Birector (Development) DIET, Kolar, the 5'-'*1 respondent<\/p>\n

that regard action in accordance Wiih   <\/p>\n
Aggrieved by Annexure-J, communieatio\ufb01 {iated  V  L’<\/p>\n
Annexures~K and K1 conamunicatieiiia dated.V_ ‘$\u00bb.’t1–v..V-‘1 the
\npetitioners have appmacheeithis   i<\/p>\n

   one D.Ed., institution to get the practice teaching of 40 days in<\/p>\n

He further submits that there is no right vested’ <\/p>\n

\nthe recommendation is made for withdrawal of recognition.<\/p>\n
Instead it is based on the a\ufb01eged shortage of primary <\/p>\n

the students admitted in the petitioner-instit11t.io:zsi:to ‘t\ufb01ldexge ~ .. <\/p>\n
D.Ed., Courses. Thought the State    at’<\/p>\n

in existence and how many of theznt’ thettfult\ufb01f  of the

\nto the students in D.Ed.,    forgotten that<\/p>\n

been pmiiigied  to have their say before a<\/p>\n

   Government which preceded the recognition was given on<\/p>\n

Govemmeiitieesu  'Va   is drastic reduction of
\nstudents strength   and that some of these<\/p>\n
institutions   defunct it cannot be said that<\/p>\n

\nwas issued compared to the year 2007 when<\/p>\n
   the  Annexure-J came to be issued.\n<\/p>\n
