connection with a loan availed by the petitioner.           In case the<\/p>\n
petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the first<\/p>\n
respondent, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by<\/p>\n
the first respondent with notice to the petitioner and appropriate<\/p>\n
action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken within<\/p>\n
another three months.\n<\/p>\n
            The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n
