RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n              ........................................................................\n                  W.P.(C) No. 21233 OF 2009\n              .........................................................................\n                       Dated this the 28              th July, 2009\n\n\n                                  J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is aggrieved of the coercive steps stated as<\/p>\n<p>being pursued against him notwithstanding pendency of Ext. P3<\/p>\n<p>statutory appeal. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>that   the petitioner has already preferred Ext. P5 reply in<\/p>\n<p>response to Ext. P4 show cause notice and that the steps stated<\/p>\n<p>as now being pursued against the petitioner are absolutely<\/p>\n<p>without any rhyme or reason.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>     3. Considering the facts and circumstances, there will be a<\/p>\n<p>direction to    the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Addl. Bench,<\/p>\n<p>Kozhikode to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P3<\/p>\n<p>appeal as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within one<\/p>\n<p>month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment,<\/p>\n<p>especially in view of the fact that the final hearing has already<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 21233 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>been held ten days back, as submitted by the learned Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. It is also made clear that no coercive steps shall<\/p>\n<p>be pursued against the petitioner         till finalisation of the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                P.R.
