        Learned Government Advocate informs this  Court  that,  by  Government
\nOrder  in  G.O.Rt.No.1161,  Prohibition  &  Excise  (XIII)  Department,  dated
\n27.12.2005, the detention order passed against Suresh, viz.,  husband  of  the
\npetitioner herein,  has  been  revoked.    He  has also produced a copy of the
\nGovernment Order.  Accordingly, no adjudication is required  in  this  matter.
\nHabeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n
