Rule has been served on the respondent.<br \/>\nHowever, he has chosen not to contest this application. Heard learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay<br \/>\ncaused in filing the  Appeal has remained totally unexplained.<br \/>\nTherefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing Letters<br \/>\nPatent  Appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application<br \/>\nis allowed. Delay is condoned.
