Justice P.S.GOPINATHAN\n\n Dated :23\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                     P.S.GOPINATHAN, J.\n                    --------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C).No.8813 OF 2009\n                  ----------------------------------\n         Dated this the 23rd day of December, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                        ~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p>     This writ petition was filed with the following main relief:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           i)   To issue a writ of mandamus or any<br \/>\n           other writ, order or direction directing the<br \/>\n           respondents      to     conduct      a   proper<br \/>\n           reinvestigation   of    Crime     No.63\/06  of<br \/>\n           Ponkunnam Police station by the officer not<br \/>\n           below the rank of DYSP in the light of the<br \/>\n           materials submitted along with Ext.P5.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     2.    Having heard either side, I find that there is some<\/p>\n<p>foul play in the matter. The writ petitioner had well narrated<\/p>\n<p>the reasonings in Ext.P5. In the above circumstance, I direct<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent to conduct a further reinvestigation,<\/p>\n<p>especially, taking into account of Ext.P5 representation and to<\/p>\n<p>submit the final report, at the earliest, not later than three<\/p>\n<p>months.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
