K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN)<\/p>\n<p>\tPerused<br \/>\nthe judgment of the learned Single Judge and also heard learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the appellant-petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances of the case, we find it unnecessary to<br \/>\ninterfere with the findings of the learned Single Judge. All the<br \/>\nsame, we are inclined to direct the respondent-Electricity Company to<br \/>\nreceive the balance due amount in six monthly installments commencing<br \/>\nfrom January, 2009. The amount for first installment shall be<br \/>\ndeposited in first week of January, 2009, and on such payment,<br \/>\nrespondent-electricity company shall not disconnect electricity<br \/>\nsupply to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observations and direction, the Letters Patent Appeal as<br \/>\nwell as Civil Application for stay stand disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>    (K.S.
