Respondents.\n\n\nPrayer: Original Application No.470 of 2001 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, on abolition, transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as Writ Petition No.4377 of 2007, seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with pertaining to the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5625\/11\/2000, dated 22.12.2000 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to appoint the applicant to the Post of the Secondary Grade Teacher on the basis of the seniority in the employment exchange Registration pursuant to counselling held on 6.12.2000 with seniority from 6.12.2000. \n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t  : No Appearance\n\n\t\tFor Respondents    : Mr.V.Arun\n\t\t\t\t\t     Additional Government Pleader\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis petition has been listed under the caption &#8220;For Dismissal&#8221;, since there   was   no   representation   on   behalf   of   the  petitioner,   on  an earlier occasion, i.e., on 12.06.2009.
