Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :16\/11\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n            THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                     W.P(C).No.29958 OF 2009\n                   -------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 16th day of November, 2009\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Learned Government Pleader states that after Ext.P6, the<\/p>\n<p>matter was considered by the Government and as of now, the<\/p>\n<p>scheme regarding payment of any pension to the Madrasa<\/p>\n<p>Teachers is yet to be finalised by the Government. It is further<\/p>\n<p>stated that the matter would be considered and formulation of<\/p>\n<p>the scheme expedited to be done this year itself.                     This<\/p>\n<p>submission is recorded. I am not inclined to pass any further<\/p>\n<p>order in relation to the petitioner alone since this is a matter that<\/p>\n<p>relates to the policy that the Government will have in such<\/p>\n<p>matters.
