There will be a stay of recovery proceedings till a decision is<\/p>\n<p>taken. Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent as soon as it is received.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   (K.M.
