K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN)<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.22270 of 2005 as well as the present Letters Patent<br \/>\nAppeal and  Civil Application No. 4403 of 2007 filed therein so as to<br \/>\napproach the authority concerned afresh. He states that the<br \/>\nappellant\/petitioner will not claim any interest if ultimately any<br \/>\norder is passed in his favour. Permission as prayed for is granted.<br \/>\nThe petition as well as LPA and the Civil Application stand disposed<br \/>\nof as withdrawn.
