BASANT, J.\n\n           ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                    B.A. No. 1783 OF 2008\n           ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n            Dated this the 25th day of March, 2008\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Application for regular bail.             Petitioner faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations in a crime registered for offences punishable, inter<\/p>\n<p>alia, under sections 363 and 376 IPC. The alleged incident<\/p>\n<p>took place on 5.3.08. The victim is a girl aged 14 years. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is a person aged about 25 years. He is unmarried.<\/p>\n<p>The victim girl and the petitioner boy were in love. The victim<\/p>\n<p>had gone along with the petitioner. It is alleged that they did<\/p>\n<p>have sexual intercourse after they so left the house.              The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner continues in custody from 8.3.08.              The   learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner submits and the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor, after taking further instructions, accepts the said<\/p>\n<p>submission that the parents of the victim girl and the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>boy had agreed that their marriage can be performed. They<\/p>\n<p>are related even otherwise, it is submitted.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>BA.1783\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer<\/p>\n<p>and I am satisfied that the petitioner, who has remained in<\/p>\n<p>custody from 8.3.08, can now be enlarged on bail subject to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, this petition is allowed.
