 learned counsel for the appellant contended<\/p>\n
jthe Appeliate Court was not justified in reversing the<\/p>\n

regarding injunction. He also submitted that the<\/p>\n
appellate court has failed to consider the evidence on<\/p>\n

At ‘T  counsel for the appellant, for the reason, the suit<\/p>\n
is fer permanent iinjunc\ufb01on. The Plaintiff claims, he<\/p>\n
is the \u20ac)WI1\u20acI’ of the suit schedule property and he is in<\/p>\n
possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property<\/p>\n

\nboundaries of his property. He has  P1

EX.P4 is    & P6 are the tax\npaid mcciets.    'er Taiuka Panehayat.\n  is notice issued by the\n\n<\/pre>\n
C\u00a3\u00a71fan1–  documents and the evidence of<\/p>\n
the  show, the p1ainti\ufb01’ is the owner of<\/p>\n
V’  siiitn’  property and he has put up the<\/p>\n
  within the boundaries of his property.
\n this, D.W. I in his evidence has admitted that<\/p>\n
 ie. the appeilant herein has put up the<\/p>\n
 \u00e9  it “—.._eoiistr’uction within the boundaries of his property and
\n~’   V faxes no right or interest in the waits. Therefore, in my<\/p>\n
considered view, the appellate court was not justified in<\/p>\n
recording a \ufb01nding that the southern and western walls<\/p>\n
