The petitioner faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations under the Kerala Abkari Act.                  The petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>allegedly found to be in possession of 30 litres of wash on<\/p>\n<p>09\/1\/2008.   He was arrested on 21\/2\/2008 and continues in<\/p>\n<p>custody from that date.         He has no history of any criminal<\/p>\n<p>antecedents, submits the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer on<\/p>\n<p>condition that the investigating officer is granted reasonable<\/p>\n<p>further time to complete the investigation and I am satisfied that<\/p>\n<p>regular bail can be granted to the petitioner subject to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.   In the result, this petition is allowed. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall be enlarged on bail on the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n<p>     i)   The petitioner shall not be released on bail on the<\/p>\n<p>strength of this order prior to          17\/03\/2008.
