Sarwan Laheri @ Sarwan Kumar Laheri, son of Ramji Laheri,\n                     resident of village-Kaji (Putuchak), P.S.-Barbigha, District-\n                     Sheikhpura.                                  ...........Petitioners.\n                                                     Versus\n                     The State of Bihar                                    .........Opp. Party.\n                                        ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.11.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                     case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 436 IPC and other<\/p>\n<p>                     ancillary sections of the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted that the land in question for which the<\/p>\n<p>                     dispute arose belongs to Bademiya Laheri mother of petitioner no. 1.<\/p>\n<p>                     There is omnibus and general allegation and nothing specific has been<\/p>\n<p>                     alleged against any accused persons. The informant Gopi Laheri had<\/p>\n<p>                     sustained injury, nature of which has been given to be simple by the<\/p>\n<p>                     doctor, who examined him on 10.6.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering    the     aforesaid   submissions,   facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely (i) Tuntun Laheri,<\/p>\n<p>                     (ii) Raj Kishore Laheri and (iii) Sarwan Laheri @ Sarwan Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                     Laheri in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below<\/p>\n<p>                     within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt\/communication<\/p>\n<p>                     of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n             satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 174 of 2011 subject to the<\/p>\n<p>            conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
