Singodiya, for petitioner.\n...........\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tCounsel submits that case of petitioner is not covered under the order dated 29th June, 2009 passed by Department of Finance, Govt. Of Rajasthan, but a general direction has been issued for revising fixation of pay in selection grade. However, no order has been passed by the authority so far in pursuance of order dt.29th June, 2009, which may cause prejudice to her.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tBefore going into merits of the matter at this stage, this court considers it appropriate that petitioner may make a representation pointing out that her case is not covered for revision of selection grade in pursuance of order dt.29th June,2009.  If such a representation is made within 15 days, it is expected from the authority to decide the same objectively within one month, thereafter, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.  Decision whereof be communicated to the petitioner, who if feels aggrieved, will be free to avail remedy under law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>(J.R.
