Heard         learned          counsel        for        the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, informant and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is languishing in custody<\/p>\n<p>                 since    26.07.2010          in    a     case     registered       under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections      147,        148,    149,    323,     324,307       of   the<\/p>\n<p>                 I.P.C., section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections<\/p>\n<p>                 3(i)(iv)(x) of SC\/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)<\/p>\n<p>                 Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged against the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 his    son    Krishna        Kumar     to    have    assaulted        the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant, namely, Ajay Kumar with Farsa on his<\/p>\n<p>                 head.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted on behalf of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel       for     the        petitioner        that    there       is<\/p>\n<p>                 bonafide       land        dispute     and      there     is     counter<\/p>\n<p>                 version       of     the     occurrence         also.     Though      the<\/p>\n<p>                 injury has been found on the parietal area of<\/p>\n<p>                 the scalp but in paragraph no. 28 of the case<\/p>\n<p>                 diary, the doctor has assigned that the injury<\/p>\n<p>                 has    been    caused        by   hard      and    blunt       substance<\/p>\n<p>                 which    fact       has     not   been      controverted         by   the<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the informant.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Considering   the    aforesaid    submissions,<\/p>\n<p>       let the petitioner above named be released on<\/p>\n<p>       bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>       Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>       each   to    the    satisfaction   of   the   learned   Sub<\/p>\n<p>       Divisional         Judicial     Magistrate,    Bikramganj<\/p>\n<p>       (Rohtas) in connection with Nasriganj P.S.
