C. J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non-compliance of<\/p>\n<p>Annexure A judgment. As per Annexure A judgment, after setting<\/p>\n<p>aside the order passed by the Vice Chancellor, the University was<\/p>\n<p>directed to pass appropriate orders and left open all the contentions<\/p>\n<p>raised by the appellant in the Writ Appeal. The complaint of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is that University has not passed orders. Standing counsel<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the University has produced before us the fax message<\/p>\n<p>received from the University informing that decision has been taken by<\/p>\n<p>the University and the decision is to the following effect:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            The University is willing to honour the sale deed by paying<br \/>\n            the balance consideration, i.e., Rs. 50 lakhs only to be paid<br \/>\n            as agreed earlier. As there is no legal heir proved beyond<br \/>\n            doubt by a competent court, the amount can be entrusted to<br \/>\n            the State if order to that effect is issued by the Court. The<br \/>\n            delay in this case was on account of factors beyond the<br \/>\n            control of the University. The rival claimants including the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">C0C 155\/2010                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           petitioner in the contempt case are not prepared to produce<br \/>\n           the order of the court to substantiate their claim of rightful<br \/>\n           heirship to the estate of the deceased, Fr. Cyriack<br \/>\n           Puthenpura.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Standing counsel submitted that copy of the order will be served by the<\/p>\n<p>respondent on the petitioner within two weeks from today.
