Champa Devi wife of Kanhaiya Ram                         ...Petitioners\n                                        Versus\n            The State Of Bihar                                                        ...OP\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   25.10.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                   under sections 498-A, 304-B\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section<\/p>\n<p>                   \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering that the petitioners are the parents-in-law of<\/p>\n<p>                   the deceased, who are fairly advanced in age, let them (1.Kanhaiya<\/p>\n<p>                   Ram &amp; 2. Champa Devi ) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                   of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with Bhorey P.S. Case No.111 of 2011, subject to the conditions (i)<\/p>\n<p>                   that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who<\/p>\n<p>                   will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners.
