MADHEPURA, DISTRICT MADHEPURA..-----\n            ----PETITIONER\n                                Versus\n            THE STATE OF BIHAR. ------------------OPPOSITE PARTY.\n2   04.02.2011           Heard learned counsels for the\n\n               petitioner and the State.\n\n                       The petitioner being the owner of\n\n               the tractor is apprehending his arrest\n\n               in a case registered under Section 7 of\n\n               the Essential Commodities Act.\n\n                       It is alleged that the sugar from\n\n               the     S.F.C       Godown         was      lifted     on\n\n               01.07.2010         and   the       same     were     being\n\n               unloaded      in     front     of     the     house    of\n\n               Uttimlal Sah. On the spot, the dealer,\n\n               tractor drivers and Siyanand Sada were\n\n               arrested. It is submitted on behalf of\n\n               the petitioner that being the owner of\n\n               the tractor, he has no knowledge about\n\n               tractor being hired by any one through\n\n               the driver.\n\n                        Considering         the    submission,       let\n\n               the above named petitioner be released\n                             -2-\n\n\n\n\n             on anticipatory bail on their surrender\n\n             before the learned court below within a\n\n             period   of   twelve         weeks   from   today    in\n\n             Connection with Shrinagar P.S.
