Nanavati, learned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader, states upon instructions from Ms. Devi<br \/>\nPandya, Deputy Secretary, (Ayurved), Health and Family Welfare<br \/>\nDepartment, Government of Gujarat that in view of order dated<br \/>\n09.07.2010 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1196 of 2010 in Special<br \/>\nCivil Application No.5795 of 2010, the services of the petitioners<br \/>\nshall not be discontinued until regularly selected G.P.S.C.<br \/>\ncandidates or a transferred regularly appointed G.P.S.C. candidate is<br \/>\navailable.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted by Mr. P.R. Nanavati, learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioners that the petitioners have not been paid their salaries<br \/>\nafter their tenures under the earlier appointment are over and, in<br \/>\nthis regard, they may be permitted to make a representation to the<br \/>\nDirector, System of Indian Medicine &amp; Homeopathy (Respondent<br \/>\nNo.3) who may be directed to consider and decide the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the petitioners are permitted to make a<br \/>\nrepresentation to respondent No.3, within a period of one week from<br \/>\ntoday.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\nreceipt of the said representation, respondent No.3 shall consider<br \/>\nand decide the same, within a period two weeks thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAt<br \/>\nthis stage, Mr. P.R. Nanavati, learned advocate for the petitioners<br \/>\nsubmits that the petition be disposed in view of the statement made<br \/>\nby the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, and upon the statement made by the learned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader, on instructions, recorded hereinabove,<br \/>\nthe petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nService, today, of this order is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p> \t\t  (Smt.
