The Registry shall keep a xerox copy<br \/>\nof the report on record and return the fax copy to the learned APP.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant seeks temporary bail for repairs of the house. In support<br \/>\nof the application, a certificate purported to have been issued by<br \/>\nDharmeshbhai Bhimbhai Patel, President of Vejalpor Nagarpalika,<br \/>\nVejalpor dated 4.10.2010 is produced. While inquiry was made through<br \/>\nState agency, it would found that the said certificate is not<br \/>\nofficially issued. The statement of the President of Vejalpor<br \/>\nNagarpalika was recorded. That statement reveals that the President<br \/>\nof Vejalpor Nagarpalika is one Vasantbhai Madhavbhai Patil and not<br \/>\nDharmeshbhai Bhimbhai Patel, as transpiring from the certificate<br \/>\nrelied upon by the applicant and that President admits in the<br \/>\nstatement that the accused-convict is son and that he had issued this<br \/>\ncertificate.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.1\tThe<br \/>\ncontents of the certificate nowhere reveal that it is issued by<br \/>\nVasantbhai Madhavbhai Patil. The tenure of the certificate also does<br \/>\nnot hint at any relationship between the prisoner and the person<br \/>\nissuing the certificate and although, Vasantbhai Madhavbhai Patil, as<br \/>\nhe is the President of Nagarpalika, he has certified that Vasantbhai<br \/>\nMadhavbhai Patil is aged and ailing and therefore, prisoner-Shekhar<br \/>\nVasantbhai Patil if released on temporary bail, he may be of help to<br \/>\nhis father for repairing the house.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIt<br \/>\nis, therefore, clear that the certificate is bogus and concocted and<br \/>\nit contains incorrect facts. The applicant has relied on such<br \/>\ndocument to achieve his goal of temporary bail. We reject this<br \/>\napplication being not genuine. We are inclined to order for any<br \/>\ninvestigation\/prosecution in this regard, however, instead, we leave<br \/>\nit open to the authorities concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWe,<br \/>\nhowever, direct that jail authorities shall place copy of this order<br \/>\nalongwith all future applications for temporary bail that may be made<br \/>\nthrough jail by the present applicant.
