RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n              ........................................................................\n                    W.P.(C) No. 22234 OF 2009\n              .........................................................................\n                    Dated this the 14th August, 2009\n\n\n                                  J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Exts.<\/p>\n<p>P5 and P6 raising many a ground, factual as well as legal. The<\/p>\n<p>learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts and<\/p>\n<p>figures given in Exts. P5 and P6 do not keep the right track of<\/p>\n<p>truth, in so far as the petitioner is having an actual turnover of<\/p>\n<p>nearly &#8217;70&#8217; lakhs and as such, the matter will have to be<\/p>\n<p>reconsidered by the concerned authority.                                It is also brought to<\/p>\n<p>the notice of this Court that the petitioner is ready and willing to<\/p>\n<p>to file a proper return                   in this regard, in respect of the<\/p>\n<p>assessment year 2002-03.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  Heard the learned Government Pleader as well, who<\/p>\n<p>submits, on instruction, that if the petitioner is ready and willing<\/p>\n<p>to file appropriate return showing the actual turnover, as now<\/p>\n<p>stated by him from their side, the matter will definitely be<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 22234 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>reconsidered .\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. In the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>directed to file proper return    before the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>judgment. On such an event, the matter shall be re-considered<\/p>\n<p>and appropriate orders shall be passed afresh by the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity<\/p>\n<p>of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and at<\/p>\n<p>any rate within three months thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                P.R.
