It<br \/>\n      appears that despite the Caveat being        filed,   the<br \/>\n      petitioner was not heard before making the impugned<br \/>\n      order. The Registrar Nominee had not granted any interim<br \/>\n      relief though the matter was pending for long but the<br \/>\n      Tribunal has, while noticing the caveat, chosen to grant<br \/>\n      ex-parte interim relief without hearing the petitioner,<br \/>\n      who had   filed the Caveat.      The impugned order is<br \/>\n      therefore, stayed by this ad-interim relief until further<br \/>\n      orders. Any change, if initiated in respect of the<br \/>\n      opponent No.1 in the Society will not be proceeded<br \/>\n      further before being brought to the notice of this Court.<br \/>\n       Hearing of interim relief to take place on 18th July,<br \/>\n      1997.
