BASANT, J.\n                ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                         B.A. No. 7658 OF 2007\n                ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n              Dated this the 12th day of December, 2007\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Application for anticipatory bail.                   Petitioner faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations in a crime registered as Crime No.387\/07 of Ranni<\/p>\n<p>police station for offences punishable, inter alia, under Section 451<\/p>\n<p>IPC. The crime has been registered on the basis of a private<\/p>\n<p>complaint filed before the learned Magistrate and referred to the<\/p>\n<p>police under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The     learned        Public        Prosecutor,        after  taking<\/p>\n<p>instructions, submits that while it is true that the crime has been<\/p>\n<p>registered against the petitioner, all offences alleged against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner are bailable offences and the petitioner need not<\/p>\n<p>apprehend arrest on the allegation that he has committed any non-<\/p>\n<p>bailable offence. The submission of the learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>is taken note of and hereby recorded. The apprehension of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is now found to be without any basis. The petitioner can<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the learned Magistrate or the police and claim<\/p>\n<p>bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C.
