THE CHIEF MALARIA OFFICE BIHAR SWASTHYA\n                  BHAWAN, SULTANGANJ, PATNA\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   14\/12\/2010             Petitioners are the persons who were terminated<\/p>\n<p>                   for being illegally appointed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           An enquiry committee set up way back in the<\/p>\n<p>                   year 2003 has not rendered its opinion. Petitioners do<\/p>\n<p>                   accept the position that no report has been submitted as<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        yet.
