Learned advocate for the petitioner<br \/>\nsubmits that the petitioner was arrested on 27.1.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances of the case, nature of offence and<br \/>\nsentence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to<br \/>\nbe released on bail in connection with Crime Register No. I-99 of<br \/>\n2010 registered at Dediyapada Police Station, District Narmada for<br \/>\nthe offences alleged against him in this petition on his executing<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one<br \/>\nsolvent surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court<br \/>\nand subject to the conditions that he shall-\n<\/p>\n<p>a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of liberty or abuse liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>b)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>c)\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>d)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe present and permanent address of residence to the I.O. and also<br \/>\nto the Court at the time of execution of the bond and shall not<br \/>\nchange the residence without prior permission of this Court;\n<\/p>\n<p>e)\tmark<br \/>\npresence before the concerned Police Station fortnightly;\n<\/p>\n<p>f)\tnot<br \/>\nleave the limit of State of Gujarat without prior permission of the<br \/>\nCourt; and <\/p>\n<p>g)\tsurrender<br \/>\npassport, if any, within a week to the lower Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any the above conditions is committed, the Sessions Judge<br \/>\nconcerned will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate action in<br \/>\nthe matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
