The certified copy of the impugned judgment was applied on 8th September, 2006 and the same was received on 30th September, 2006. Thereafter, some time has been consumed in getting report from the District Government Pleader and, thereafter, the file has been moved from one department to another department for thinking process to prefer this matter. Thus, there are sufficient reasons stated in the present application for condonation of delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t  In view of this fact, we hereby condone the delay of 177 days caused in First Appeal. Rule is made absolute. Office is directed to enlist the First Appeal on the board of admission on 22nd September, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>(R.P.DHOLAKIA,<br \/>\nJ.) (D.N.
